"This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. "I really liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay, I'd recommend the owner invest in a quality refresh in all the bathrooms as the shower area in mine leaks water outside really bad an when I mentioned it no-one batted an eye. I witnessed a cracking noise in front of my bed where tiles rub as its loose and tiles in main lobby bowing up and loosening. I speak from experience when I say your spilling excess water in a lot of rooms and will soon degrade the flooring structure if not corrected and the shower area is primarily responsible, bad design in shower area for longevity. Hope location corrects so I might visit again."

"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"

"You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity."
