Comfortable 3 bedroom apartment located in a idylic location directly facing the lovely beach of Calella de Palafrugell and a short stroll away from a good selection of local restaurants. Access to the beach is across an attractive promenade directly below the flat.

This apartment is located on a second floor without elevator.

It has a large and bright living room with stunning sea views wherever you look with acces to a furnished terrace where guests can hang out and enjoy the panoramic Mediterranean sea views.

This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, diswasher and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Garage for 1 car.

Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.

Despite the (heavily) outdated interior and the impossible parking space (only for Fiat 500’s), the location is just perfect. Front row beach appartment with beautiful views. We intend to come back.

Très bonne situation face à la mer, terrasse assez grande. Proximité des commerces. Eau chaude et douches marchent bien. Beaucoup de stockage (armoires). Placards et table à manger sont solides. Il y a un ascenseur! Comentario negativo Les lits et les meubles terrasse sont le moins cher on peut trouver, minimum standard. Equipement de la cuisine est au mauvais niveau , un vide grenier, outils pareil, pots et poêles pareil - tous différents.

Bel emplacement belle vue du balcon, literie correcte. Acces par le parking en sous-sol, mobilité réduite et poussettes exlues. Place de parking accessible pour un scooter au plus…appartement vétuste, four inutilisable, plaque à gaz dangereuse ; dommage car bel emplacement, des travaux sont à faire en urgence
