This spacious 4-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable retreat for up to 7 guests, making it ideal for family vacations. Located just a couple of minutes' walk from the peaceful and picturesque beach of Llafranc, the apartment is part of a house divided into 3 units, all sharing access to a refreshing swimming pool. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it features a cozy living room with a TV and fireplace, with direct access to a relaxing terrace. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast while taking in mountain views and partial sea views. The apartment includes a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with essential appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, cutlery, and cookware. The four bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a double bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower, another room with two single beds, a third room with two single beds (90x190 cm and 80x180 cm), and a fourth bedroom with one single bed. There are also two bathrooms, both with showers. This property provides an excellent blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable Costa Brava holiday.
