"The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "

"This place is amazing. It is a beautiful property located in an orange orchard and olive tree farm. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast was good. Fabrizia was so friendly and so accommodating. She was wonderful. My only regrets are could not stay longer and we could not try their restaurant as it was closed. "

"Reserved this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof and checking in they informed they are never available till November sometime. No where does it say that in advertising, only pictures of the hot tubs on the main page. Disappointing. Having said that it was clean and comfortable in a nice town to walk at night."

"We had a fantastic three days at Mastropà. Gianna and family were very welcoming and accommodated all our requests. The property has been lovingly restored over eight years (!) to the lovely home away fro home it is today. With only six rooms it is very quiet and relaxing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is homemade and provided with a welcoming smile from Gianna and her chef, with different variety from day to day. Gianna was constantly available throughout the stay to recommend restaurants for dinner and to help with bookings and finding parking nearby. A real gem only in its second summer, but with all the right elements for a great break."
