"This accommodation was perfectly located for our Trulli experience. Angelo the greeting receptionist was extremely kind and professional. I had accidentally left my passport of all things in the room as we left and the cleaning crew found it and Angelo immediately called me. I appreciate the speed and honesty at which he and the crew responded. Communication via what's app was very good. The place was adorable, and quaint. It was quite hot inside but they have a couple of fans in the room. There were cold bottles of water wine waiting for us upon arrival in the little fridge. Parking was a bit of an issue as it seems to be many places in these quaint little towns. I'd recommend you drive to the church nearby and drop off your luggage with one person and then park, it was about a 7 minute walk from our parking but I think you can find closer. It felt safe and we enjoyed our stay!"

"Alberobello is a uniquely beautiful, magical place, so just being there was a privilege, and made everything (substandard) else look irrelevant. We completely forgot the always disparate standards between US and European service, which were present again in this magical place, everywhere --inattentive, forgetful, self-absorved, service is the norm all over Europe. That said, the host checked us in fast, and gave us an unexpected upgrade to a larger trullo (unnecessary, given we'd be staying only one night). He also gave us a good explanation of the area and recommendations. The trullo was clean and cool, but it was noisy and the shower had no pressure. Breakfast the next morning was not good, but the important thing is that we lived an experience everyone should live at least once."

"This is the second time we have stayed here and we were not disapointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great with parking only a short walk away and you are at the top of one of the most busiest streets in Alberobello, The rooms are clean and well kept."

"Hotel is extremely well maintained and in a great location. Something for everyone at breakfast. The pool is a live saver after a day exploring in the heat. We stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left. The bar is a little on the expensive side but there is a supermarket very close by."
