"This property honestly exceeded our expectations. Fantastic facilities, lovely shared pool with specially assigned seating for only a few other guests. All the staff we dealt with were super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our wine and olive oil tasting with Erika. The restaurant associated with the property - Osteria del Vecchio Olivo is authentic and good value. Only a 5 minute walk up the hill to picturesque Montecarlo which has lots of good restaurants. "Our family had a wonderful 10 day stay in August 24. The house is lovely and well equipped. The swimming pool is magnificent size for a villa. The bedrooms were excellent and large. The communication with Gabrielle and Jurgen was fantastic and very fast. Downstairs could do with aircon, especially during a Tuscan summer!!!. All the rooms were very comfortable- even though it was 33-37 degrees everyday - the house cooled down that sleeping was not a problem.
