Nice apartment just 200 meters from La Sciumara beach, in a residence in Palau, in Tanca Manna. 500 meters from the marina and town center. All essential services are at hand.
The house consists of a single bedroom with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. The living room is composed of a complete and functional kitchenette and a double sofa bed. Large balcony with table for 4 people. Overall the house has 4 beds. It is equipped with air conditioning, television, oven, washing machine, iron.
