"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

"Muy bien. La casa es amplia. Tiene todo lo necesario, limpieza, alimentos básicos, ropa de cama, nórdicos,etc. La piscina muy bien cuidada, mesas sillas y tumbonas de exterior. "My husband and I just returned from a week -long vacation in La Sierra de Guadarrama, Madrid. We could have stayed in any of the many sierra's small villages but we took our chances and chose El Boalo after seeing pictures of Heinz's Mi Refugio online. We were not disappointed! "En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). "Charming 3 star hotel with a quick 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor or an 8 to 10 minute walk to the Alcazar. We had a roomy triple with separate room for our son. Would absolutely recommend to other families."
