"Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. "I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. The nearby small towns have some excellent restaurants. A terrific place to stay if you're planning on visiting any number of the regions hill towns. Convenient to highways, little traffic. "

Se il navigatore vi porta su una strada sterrata per arrivare prendetela solo se non ha piovuto nei giorni precedenti. Considerate che si arriva tranquillamente tramite strada asfaltata a poche centinaia di metri ma a volte il navigatore vi segnala come prima scelta la sterrata che va bene solo se non c'è fango. "Un alloggio dal quale siamo fuggiti. Il bagno come in un vecchio ospedale sporco e non ripristinato. Bidet fuori uso. Perdite umide dai muri e inadeguata la stanza, la signora gerente che ci ha accolti con sgarbo e superficialità, oltre a richiedere il rimborso abbiamo richiesto un voucher ad expedia per poter rimediare a questo spiacevole inconveniente con sue bambine a bordo. "Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."
