"I couldn’t have asked for anything better! We hosted a little wedding ceremony on the beach and all my family was able to stay comfortably in the house! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay beachfront!"

"The hotel it self was okay yes the rugs were dirty but still nice. I requested a King size bed and was given a handicap room so didn’t like that the bed was so much smaller even though I paid extra for a King room. The main reason why I wanted to stay there was for the hot hub and of course it wasn’t working so no heat at all, the pool was warmer than the hot tub. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay the reviews online had us to excited but it wasn’t amazing feel like I could have taken the money somewhere else and got better food for cheaper (yes you have to pay extra for breakfast)."

"I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this definitely as described with beautiful views from every room. The house was clean and I had no problems cooking in the kitchen. Lots of utensils and pans and again, very clean. They had a fun game room and an outdoor shower. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels. Also, no issues with parking or finding the place. Everyone had a great time. If you aren’t from the area, just know that the grocery store is a little bit of a drive. However, we packed plenty of snacks and food since we are familiar with the area and it was a perfect weekend of our guests eating and going to the beach at their leisure. Area is very safe too. Great place to stay!"

"So first off this was a vacation with family, all who lived in different states. My nephew was deployed and was finally allowed to get leave. With that being said, we started at a beautiful place in Orlanda for 3 days then came to this property for the last 4 days and boy what a difference! I cannot express how unhappy we were and will be asking for a refund of some kind. First off, the pictures are not at all what you see when you get there. The outside was very run down, and the banister was ready to fall off. The dishes were dirty, most of the furniture is very unstable or broken. The tv on the 3rd floor never worked, the tv on the first floor the remote was broken. The card table should just be put in the trash; we were afraid to use it due to it falling apart. Beds are horrible, no dressers to put things on, half painted walls/ceilings. The couch on the first floor was so dirty and had a very horrible smell along with the throw pillows. And the worst part was the roaches!! I was very uneasy staying there and to top it off, my daughter had a roach in her suitcase when we got home. The location is absolutely beautiful along with the private beach if only the owner would take care of his property! I Very disappointed!!"

"We loved our stay so much, we were disappointed we didn’t book it longer! This home truly felt like “home sweet home” the moment we walked in. It’s warm, welcoming, and beautifully inviting. The second-floor views are absolutely ah-mazing — we could sit and watch the ocean for hours. Waking up to that every morning was pure magic.We visited with our adult children and grandchildren, so we had a full house, yet it never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space and plenty of privacy. The layout is exceptionally well thought out — each area is thoughtfully designed for both togetherness and personal time. The kitchen is a dream for family cooking and gathering, and there are comfortable spots everywhere to relax.The home is comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location on is perfect — quiet, beautiful beach access.Even though we checked and double checked we had packed everything, we still found we had missed things. The hosts were fast on getting back to us and arranged for us to retrieve our belongings and offered to ship them to us. The thoughtfulness and speed of communication was over and above. Thank you.We can’t recommend this property highly enough. We’re already planning our next trip back!"
