Séjour gâché par des personnes qui buvaient des bières et ont parlé juste devant notre comme s'ils étaient seuls au monde pendant 2h alors que l'on essayait de dormir. Vu l'insonorisation au Mexique, c'est comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre. Des membres de l'hôtel (a supposer qu'ils n'en étaient pas) aurait dû intervenir. Hôtel bien situé et parking sécurisé

Bueno, bonito y barato

Un hotel pequeño pero comodo y limpio, bien ubicado, las camas excelentes para descansar. Baños limpios y agua caliente. Excelente oara regresar a descansar despues de los tours a las pirámides o cascadas.

Hotel agradable, ambiente familiar.

El hotel se encuentra céntrico, llegando a la ciudad. El personal muy atento y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Cuenta con alberca y chapoteadero para los niños. Muy recomendable y económico.

As of 02/2018, there is no hot water, and the restaurant is closed. The Cafe Colibri, four blocks away by the ADO station, opens at 7.

Hotel agradable en general

Solo estuvimos una noche, en general las habitaciones buenas, el problema en muchos hoteles y este no fue la excepción, son las almohadas, no tienen variedad y a veces son la diferencia entre dormir bien o no. La habitación limpia, la regadera bien, agua caliente abundante. No disfrutamos otras instalaciones del hotel porque llegamos tarde y salimos muy temprano.

Hotel limpio, cómodo, bien ubicado, alberca bien.

Desaparecieron unas sandalias de marca, de la habitación estando ausentes, preguntamos en la Admón. por ellas y negaron saber algo al respecto, lástima sentaron un mal precedente.

The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable. There are lots of geckos on the walls outside. We even had one in our room one night. There's a large modern supermarket in the adjacent lot where you can buy practically anything, so that's convenient. The hotel is off the main highway yet the sound of traffic isn't so bad. You can easily drive to sightseeing destinations nearby, or take a bus as there is a station within walking distance down the road.

Top notch!

Mallorca hotel was a great hotel. Close to the ADO bus station (about 10 mins walk) and 1 min from a huge Chedraui. You can take a colectivo to the ruins from the ADO bus station for 20 pesos per person. Not too many restaurants in the close viscinity of the hotel, but on the same road, but other side of the ADO bus station, there are a lot of restaurants, bars and cafés. The hotel had a pool which felt clean enough to bathe in and two sun loungers. All in all a top notch experience.
