I did not have a good time at this hotel. It was unbeliveable noisy, and the noise cam from many sources. First off, the restaurant played music that was too loud. Secondly, most rooms are right on the street, near the main park, and the street noise went on well after midnight. Thirday, the air conditioners were so loud that it was hard to sleep. And even those didn't drown out the ambient noise. Lastly, one of the reasons I rented this place was because it had a pool--which was closed! This was August--peak travel time to this part of Mexico, and blistering hot. I was told, "Tomorrow it will be open." Hah! I stayed there three days and it was never open!
There were plenty of other places to stay in Palenque. I'd avoid this play!
