"Room was extremely humid. Bathtub takes hours to fill with warm water because the watwr heater is too small. Main jacuzzi didn’t work and the bed was unstable and made SO much noise. Most certainly doesn’t feel like a “5 star hotel” as described in google."

"We loved everything about it! The grounds are lovely, the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool is awesome, and the food is really good. It us a lovely spot in thr midfle if the jungle. The hiwler monkeys are the best."

"Spotless room, crisp, pressed sheets and thick, soft towels made for an excellent stay. Check in was seamless and we enjoyed the pool. Kudos for the bidet! We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t review that. But this is a very nice hotel in a nice area. "
