Konstantinoupolis Hotel - Adults friendly

"Perfect location,15-20 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes taxi to the airport. Walkable to the main sites: old and new fortress, old town, faliraki beach. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was fine for us, small room with a bathroom, not luxurious but we knew that. Very helpful staff who arranged an early check in for us. Good value for money."

"The hotel was great for the price and distance to airport. The restaurant staff were not as pleasant as the local restaurants and not clear on what’s included . But overall fantastic night stay, great size rooms and pool was perfect temp on a super hot day"

"From the moment we walked into this hotel, everything was perfect. The reception staff were always very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location and very easy to get around whether you're using the local bus to get into Corfu town or hiring a car which I would highly recommend as Stelios from the hotel was fantastic and could not have done more. From the moment you woke up the cleaning staff were so polite and helpful and then you walk into breakfast again with a sunny good morning ( always very amazed that he could remember everybody’s hotel room number!) from someone who was always there to help. An American style breakfast buffet, which was fab. The pool area was very clean and again had some wonderful views and was always easy to get a sunbed. The bar area around the pool was exceptional. The manager of the bar was impeccable as was his staff.. We ate out several times in local restaurants and also went to the White House which we would thoroughly recommend. However, if eating in the hotel that in itself was very good and again the service impeccable. So to summit up, I could not fault this hotel at all and would love to return one day."

Ella Alkyna – Adults Only

"The views at Ella Alkyna are breathtaking, and the water is the clearest I have ever seen. The beach and boardwalk connecting the resort to town create an unforgettable experience. The natural beauty here is truly world-class and the main reason I would recommend visiting. That said, there are several areas that need improvement. Although the resort is all-inclusive, we were only able to make two restaurant reservations during our five-night stay. Otherwise, we were limited to the main buffet, which was fine but became repetitive. I would recommend trying some of the nearby restaurants along the beach for more variety. Housekeeping was disappointing. Trash, dirty dishes, and housekeeping carts were often left in the hallways overnight or for multiple days. We also requested laundry service and received little communication until shortly before checkout, only to find out our clothes had not been cleaned. The resort also arranged a boat excursion and transportation. When we returned around 1:30 PM, transportation refused to take us back immediately because they wanted to wait for more guests, resulting in a three-hour wait. Service was inconsistent. At one meal, a staff member dropped dishes near our table, leaving broken glass and coffee at my feet. No apology was offered, and after moving tables we were not served again during the meal. Overall, the beauty of Ella Alkyna cannot be matched, but improvements in housekeeping, communication, and guest service are needed."
