"Property is very quiet and in a location that is a five minute walk to the main strip of restaurants, cafes, bars etc The property is only 20 mins from the airport by taxi and is associated with a beach bar a couple of mins walk away that you go to for breakfast and use of the beach and pool. All the facilities are excellent and clean and fresh. Check in was easy and any questions we had were dealt with confidently by staff."

Agapi Beach Resort - Premium All Inclusive

"A beautifully maintained resort with great amenities, though room logistics could be smoother. Overall, the resort was beautiful and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming, though a few felt slightly distant—perhaps due to a language barrier, as I do not speak Greek. Our stay had a rocky start when our reserved room wasn't available on the first night. I was placed in a bungalow and told it was an upgrade. However, once I moved into my actual reversed room the next day, I realized the reserved room was significantly better. It was modern, upgraded, and featured a wonderful view, whereas the bungalow's (room 654) view was largely blocked by a large tree. Additionally, the bathroom sink water had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my entire stay. The dining experience was typical for a resort—a mix of great, average, and mediocre options. My friends and I dined at the main buffet and the Italian restaurant, enjoying both. They offered a wide variety of choices, and the bread, crepes, lamb, and drinks were personal highlights. The pool & beach areas were kept spotless, with attentive staff ensuring guests were comfortable. A special shoutout goes to the spa team, especially Erika and her colleague, who were incredibly friendly and kind while booking guests around the property. Tip: The bungalow featured an international converter outlet that should added to all rooms."

"We had a great stay at Chrisanthi Villas! Everything was excellent from beginning to the end. The attention of the host was excellent, with great suggestions to eat as, the Pizza Antonio. Delicious pizza by the way! The villa was sparkling clean. And with beautiful details. The welcome pack was great in variety! The villa was big enough for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool was espetacular! The view from the garden is just breathtaking! There's also a gas BBQ, to use. Which we did! The pool is cleaned every day in the morning. The villa is equipped with all you need to stay. Theres WiFi in the villa too. Also there's car park available for all 4 villas. I could easily spend more then the 4 days we did. The villa is located 15/20 minutes from Heraklion town centre, by car. There's 3 restaurants, just around 8 minutes walking from the villa... And a beach also, but keep in mind that the beach is small, so gets packed easily. My children already asked to return to Crete, specifically to Chrisanthi Villas! 😊 Thank you for everything! "We had an incredible stay at this villa in Crete! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family of 10. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening special.The host was exceptional—always responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even did grocery shopping for us before our arrival. We also hired the private chef for one evening, and the meal was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip.The daily housekeeping service was wonderful, and the cleaning lady was one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. The outdoor space was stunning, with plenty of room for everyone to relax, dine, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a large family vacation. Highly recommend this property, and we would happily stay here again!"
