Breakfast at own balcony - luxury varieties, rich portion, high quality and fresh. Room & Amenities: 5/5 1. Very spacious clean room 2. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita 3. Bed - very comfy 4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. As it’s a cave room, naturally comes with coolness Staff: 5/5 Very friendly, considerate and cheerful Experience: 5 /5 Well worth the money! For sure will stay at Charisma at my next visits."

"The staff was amazing and super helpful. The room was consistently clean, it’s very well situated at the beginning of Oia making it easier to access. The view from the rooms are just magical and they serve you breakfast a la carte to your room which is beautiful and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"This hotel was perfect ! The room I booked was the city view. And man it was gorgeous. It looked cave like. When we opened our door it was access to the pool , felt like it was our personal one. The rooms are super clean , workers are extremely nice. Breakfast is great. 8am -11am which I think is very accommodating for sleepers lol. If you have a later flight they will hold your luggage for you and you can still roam around. This hotel is a 20 min walk to all the restaurants, clubs shopping areas , etc."

"This is the most unique and beautiful property I've ever experienced. The rooms are literally carved into the mountain of Oia. Stunning views of the ocean and plenty of deck space with comfortable lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was healthy and delicious."
