Ungepflegtes Personal, von Eingang bis in das Zimmer sehr stark riechende unangenehme Gerüche sowie nicht sauber. Gepäckaufbewahrung nur ohne abschließen möglich. Das Zimmer selber war der größte Reinfall, schmutzig auf den Bettlaken sowie auf den Böden und in der Dusche. Kein Wiederholungsbedarf, für die 20 € hatten wir auch Tage vorher ein Hotel was genau das Gegenteil war.

À éviter si + d’une nuit. Entre ascenseur défectueux, service de chambre en sous effectif, douche cassées et terriblement sales, murs crasseux, insonorisé, plancher cassé, séjour de 5 nuits globalement mauvais. Rajoutant à cela de multiples interpellations à l’accueil pour des serviettes qui nous sont dues, coffre fort inacessible et autres demandes diverses. Rapport qualité prix déplorable de ce fait. Franchement dommage pour cet hôtel à l’emplacement parfait dans la ville.

Shower flooded entire bathroom, bidet would not drain, the walls and floor were gross and something bit me in my bed. By the elevator was a discarded drug baggy that was there all the days I was. As a plus, the staff were all kind but the place was shoddy. Definitely not the number of stars advertised. I have stayed in cleaner 1 stars.

Dans la douche le marbre est cassé en deux risque de coupure pour les pied car le marbre coupe comme un rasoir,l’attache du pommeau cassé ! Emplacement de l’hôtel bien situé avec commodités ! Dommage qu’il y a la misère sur la place au pied de l’hôtel. Pas de wifi dans la chambre ! Je ne recommande pas du tout .

It is in a very convenient location for anyone arriving and leaving by train or bus. They were very helpful in storing our luggage so, after checking out, we did not have to carry it round as we explored the city before leaving for an evening flight

이 호텔에 연속으로 방이 없어 중간에 다른 호텔을 갔다 돌아왔습니다. 역과 터미널이 가까워 주변 도시 이동하기에는 좋습니다. 첫날 체크인 할때는 영어가 되지 않은 직원이 방이 2개인 이상한 객실로 안내했습니다. 옷장 밑에 개미가 보이고 개미에 물려 온몸이 가려웠습니다. 다음날 바꾼 방은 아래층 까페의 사람들과 자동차 소음으로 제대로 자지 못했습니다. 매니저가 돌아오면 좋은 방을 주겠다고 약속하여 다시 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 돌아오니 만실이라 좋은방이 없다하고, 체크인도 3시전에는 안된다 했습니다. 리셉션에는 휴게실이나 의자도 없었습니다. 아침 식사도 마른 빵과 햄.치즈 정도로 부실하고, 떨어져도 잘 채우지도 않습니다. 식당은 아침에 일반 손님들에게도 음식을 파느라 호텔 호텔 손님들에겐 신경을 안쓰는 것 같습니다. 체크인 때 도시세를 냈는데도 체크아웃할 때 다시 내라합니다. 영수증을 보여주자 한참이나 체크하고는 겨우 알았다 합니다. 4성급 호텔로는 많이 부족합니다.
