wonderful even the trip didn't last long and everything was fantastic the staff the food and above all the relaxation of the swimming pools it seems like being in a tropical climate considering that it is only 10 minutes from the beloved and crowded Palermo I recommend you go there if you need to spend days different in complete serenity and relaxation

Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it

Room was nice big and comfortable. Balcony has no outdoor seating Pools are nice, new one is still unfinished, no service around the pool, have to chase staff for towels and drinks. No food between certain hours, bar is open but again nobody around to serve you. Language barrier is huge issue. Food was poor First night there was a wedding felt like the DJ was in bed with me, 2nd night there was a table reservation under our balcony, both nights was very loud. Window seals in restaurant are dusty with dead flies, parts of the garden is well maintained other parts are overgrown. Would be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Would not recommend, it’s approx only 5kms from the city centre but it’s hard to get to, windy, small roads lots of traffic.

Avoid.

The room was not as photographed and while perfectly ok, was nowhere near as good as was advertised. However, the air conditioning was terrible and totally incapable of cooling the room. We raised various concerns about it and it was clear that the hotel knew there was a problem, but did nothing about it. Also, we had to keep asking for basic things, like towels, which were removed by the cleaners and not replaced. There was no soap provided. No ironing board was available - basic things that a hotel would normally have. The whole place felt like there was something very wrong and I wouldn't be surprised to see the hotel fail in the near future. The cost of the room was massively overpriced overall and the air conditioning was a real issue, given how hot it was during our stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Al Bahara Resort war von Anfang bis Ende ein echtes Highlight und hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und hatten sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Luka, der sich mit außergewöhnlichem Engagement um uns gekümmert hat. Als unser Gepäck zunächst nicht mit uns angekommen war, stand er uns jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite und sorgte mit seiner ruhigen und freundlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns trotz der Umstände keine Sorgen machen mussten. Ein weiteres Beispiel für den großartigen Service: Als meiner Freundin die Schlapfen kaputtgingen, kümmerte sich das Team sofort darum, diese zu reparieren – schnell, hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln. Solche kleinen Gesten machen den großen Unterschied und zeigen, mit wie viel Herz hier gearbeitet wird. Auch die Zimmer waren ein Traum: Jeden Tag wurden sie makellos gereinigt und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Die kunstvollen Handtuchfiguren und kleinen Details haben uns täglich aufs Neue überrascht und begeistert. Man spürt einfach, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, den Gästen nicht nur Komfort, sondern auch ein besonderes Gefühl von Geborgenheit zu schenken. Das kulinarische Angebot war ebenfalls hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr hochwertig. Jeder Wunsch wurde gerne erfüllt, und auch im Restaurantbereich war das Personal aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein Ort wo man gerne wieder hinkomm
