The apartment has been recently fully renovated and furnished with care. There are air conditioning / heat pump, heating and dry-hairs.

The bus from the airport will leave you in "Piazza Politeama", where we easily go together to the flat.
Also from "Politeama square" the buses arrive and depart from "Mondello" (sand beach) and the various destinations: Monreale, Catania ecc...).
The city harbor and the rail-station are just a few minutes from our flat.

Il quartiere si trova adiacente al centro storico sul fianco Nord dello stesso e prende il nome dall'omonimo teatro. È contraddistinto da un'architettura ottocentesca.Qui inizialmente si insediarono le ville della nobiltà palermitana rimpiazzate successivamente dalle nuove abitazioni medio borghesi distribuite secondo i canoni razionali ottocenteschi in isolati regolari quadrangolari.E' definito il “salotto di Palermo”, per la presenza di negozi importanti nella zona e per essere, ormai da moltissimi anni, una via fondamentale per il “passìo” dei cittadini, probabilmente per via della sua posizione strategica che le fa collegare le due piazze più importanti della Palermo moderna, ovvero piazza Verdi (o Teatro Massimo) e piazza Castelnuovo (o Politeama).
