Ideally situated, well equipped and comfortable apartment with a very friendly and helpful host. We were able to go everywhere on foot and there are plenty of places to eat close by. Worth knowing that the entrance is up a single flight of steep stairs.

You could not stay in a more perfect location for the historical center of Palermo. The owners were super helpful and arranged an early check-in and explained how everything worked. Everything is super clean and the property is amazingly calm and peaceful due to double glazing. I had a wonderful time there.

This is a very nice, clean, and newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment that we felt very comfortable and happy in. It had everything we needed. It is very centrally located, but it is not noisy -- it was actually very quiet and we were able to sleep well. We highly recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location, very easy access to all of the wonderful historic sites in Palermo. Parking is close and easily accessible, with a short walk to the apartment. Right in the centre of everything, yet very quiet. Alessandra and her family are welcoming hosts, who were quick to iron out some early problems with electricity and the like. A great place from which to see the city on foot. Would stay again.Note: best neighbourhood restaurant is CR21 (high end.)Good pizza: Assud Santamarina Restaurant to avoid is Bar del Centro.

Great apartment in a great central location. There is 2 things you should be aware of: there is a few minutes walking distance from the last point the car can approach this area (it's in a pedestrian only zone) and there are approximately 22-23 stairs from the street level before you enter the apartment. So if you are ok with this, it's a great choice.

We had a wonderful experience at the Palermo apartment. It was close to one of the main arteries of Palermo with many attractions and eateries nearby, but was surprisingly quiet. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and there was a considerable amount of attention to detail given to the needs of travelers that included lots of hangers, shelving, and drawers to organize your clothes and toiletries. Alessandra communicated in a timely manner and was there to meet us along with her daughter when we arrived so they could show us how things worked- like the washing machine and air conditioning. There was also a chilled bottle of wine and two large bottles of water as well. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again.
