Charming hotel in good location. Very close to pedestrian area with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Wonderful European breakfast buffet with freshly made Cappuccino, pastries, meats and cheeses. Concierge available upon checking and at breakfast. Very helpful staff. There is an elevator to the hotel which is a group of apartments in a historical building. There are several flights of stairs to the individual rooms that you do have to carry your own bags to. We loved our stay in Palermo.

Malheureusement, l’hôtel a deux résidences qui portent le même nom. Je me suis présenté à celle que je connaissais, qui n’était pas celle dans laquelle ma chambre était réservée. J’ai perdu deux heures dans la nuit, sans pouvoir manger, en attendant que l’on réponde à mes appels téléphoniques

BEWARE, THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM AND DOES NOT EXIST

BEWARE, THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM, IT DOES NOT EXIST. On arrival you will be to,d to go to the cheaper BB2 about 10 minutes away. (On a Saturday nights with roads closed for pedestrian zones it will take over one hour). This "hotel" has no receptio so you need you will call the real hotel on arrival to be redirected to 22 Largo Cavalieri d'Malta.

No parking made it very difficult, especially if you chose to get a rental car. There are scammers on the street that try to charge you to park in public areas. No breakfast or minibar.

Don't bother going!

Our experience was not good. Having booked a "deluxe" room for 3 nights and asked for a balcony we arrive to find that the room was anything but deluxe and the window looked out onto the drainage pipes and a/c units. In addition the a/c did not work and there was no wifi available in the room. We decided to leave 1 night early but the management were very unhelpful and not at all contrite. They insisted on taking the money for all 3 nights from our credit card saying that all there room were "deluxe" and denying there were any other problems.

Bb22 is a pure delight.The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The lounges, dining room and outdoor terraces are superb places to unwind. We do not want to ever leave!
