Rosario is very welcoming, as well as informative and helpful. The place is charming and the view is amazing! It is situated in a clectic neighborhood, within walking distance to the historical center, the market and major shops and attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at Ballarattik. We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city. I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo.

This is a great location for everything you may want to do, however parking & finding the property was an interesting experience! A local, very busy flea & food market was inbetween parking & getting to the property. Accommodation, service & food we couldn't fault. As a suggestion, perhaps there should be more detail on the website regarding where to park & distance. Would definitely recommend

One night in Palermo

This B&B is so cool! It’s comfortable, updated, and has a beautiful view. It’s in the very friendly multicultural Ballaró market neighborhood and in walking distance to many other sights and restaurants. We were in Palermo a short time and Rosario was very helpful in giving us good suggestions on what to do. We had so much fun in Palermo and felt safe at all times. It’s also walking distance to the central train station with trains that go to the airport. We would definitely stay at this B&B again. Grazie di tutto!

Noise level of pedestrian was very high during all hours of the day/night. Was hard to sleep. Parking was on the street in a rough part of the neighborhood. Was concerned for safety, did not bring any luggage to the room, with fear or being targeted.

I booked this place for my parents trip. Unfortunately they didn’t enjoy their stay. The heat in the room wasn’t working at first and when it finally worked there was still no heat in the bathroom. It was so cold they couldn’t take a shower comfortably.

Fantastiskt boende

Ett underbart B&B med fantastiska Ballarò market precis utanför dörren. Välkomnande och generösa Rosario gav oss både tips på saker att göra och berättade om Siciliens historia. Vi fick böcker för att kunna läsa vidare om det han berättade, vilket var väldigt generöst. Han tog sig tid att minnas våra namn och prata med oss, samt var väldigt mån om att vi hade det bra. Vi reste runt lite på Sicilien under vår vistelse, och hade inte bokat hotell på hela resen, men vi bokade direkt rum igen när vi visste att vi skulle tillbaka till Palermo. Dessutom är det gångavstånd till det mesta i staden, vi har gått 10 min åt olika håll och alltid hittat bra restauranger, bra shopping, och trevlig sightseeing. Väldigt trevlig vistelse och rekommenderar det till alla!

Unglaublich geschmackvoll & liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit Top Badezimmern. Der Gastgeber Rosario ist ein sehr cooler, netter Mann , der einem mit guten Tips zum Aufenthalt in Palermo unterstützt. Ganz tolles Frühstück! Sehr gute Matratzen&Kissen. Centraal gelegen met prachtig uitzicht .

Dit verblijf ligt in het hart van het oude centrum precies op de mercato de Ballaro, een fascinerende markt die al 1100 jaar bestaat. Vanaf het prachtige terras met geweldig uitzicht kijk je er zo bovenop. De aardige eigenaar kan je meer vertellen. Het verblijf ligt binnen de ZTL zone maar je kan vlakbij buiten deze zone gewoon gratis op straat parkeren.

Von außen sicher nicht das schönste Gebäude aber bitte nicht davon abschrecken lassen! Durch das Tor geht es links durch den Innenhof in den 6. Stock. Von der Terrasse hat man einen großartigen Ausblick und die Gegend ist sehr authentisch. Wirklich toll! Rosario ist ein super Gastgeber, kompetent und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich empfehle das Ballaratik absolut! Kein Luxus dafür echt.

Ho scelto questa struttura perché volevo passare dei giorni in uno dei quartieri di Palermo dove si può assaporare la vita quotidiana e non da turista, struttura all'interno della zona di uno dei mercati più importanti di Palermo. La struttura e la cortesia del proprietario sono eccellenti, la pulizia impecabile, la vista dalla terrazza é sublime. Il proprietario é stato molto disponibile sia per i vari suggerimenti che nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Sempre presente per ogni necessità. La struttura é vicina ai vari punti di interesse. La mia esperienza é stata ottima e ritornerò ancora in futuro proprio in questo B&B. considerando che volevo vivere di questa città anche quella parte che normalmente i turisti evitano di vedere ma che ti arricchisce in modo particolare. Esperienza eccellente su Palermo che mi ha lasciato bellissimi ricordi.

Muy céntrico

El sitio ideal para recorrer Palermo a pie, encima del mercado de Ballaro. Quizá un poco ruidoso pero muy cómodo, baño completamente nuevo y los dueños muy amables. Desayuno variado y abundante.
