Very comfortable stay, staff was nice and friendly. Room was quite clean and big enough for a couple. The balcony was a nice addition. A little street noise but not an issue for us at all. Convenient location for bus transportation to airport, about 15 minutes to Quattro Canti and another 10 for the Duomo. A little far to walk to the central train station but doable without luggage.

The best part about this BnB was leaving the place. This is not a hotel, although they try to make it seem like one. It’s an apartment converted into 4 or 5 rooms with bathrooms. Looks like every apartment in the building is similarly converted into BnBs. The added sofa bed was super uncomfortable. We had a courtyard-side room, so quiet but with a view of other people’s bathroom windows. The bathroom is small with no hooks to hang towels. A/c was working, which was fantastic. The staff was super helpful.

Really nice room. Clean, modern, felt comfortable. Great location too - just a stones throw away from the Main Street where all the restaurants and bars open at night. Overall a brilliant stay and great value for money. My recommendations for improvements would be: needs a full length mirror in bedroom (the only one was in bathroom), fridge wasn’t cold at all, fridge should be stocked (even if we have to pay to take items) - we only had 2 bottles of water put in for entire stay and the balcony fence grass was slightly coming off (not a big deal!).

Really lovely and a very good location. We set up Easy Park App to pay for parking, the room was large and clean, the breakfast included was wonderful and Evan was a stellar host. Their restaurant for dinner , Historico, was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great property for a city stay of two nights. The blackout blinds made sleeping a dream and the bathtub was great after long days walking around Palermo. We found some great restaurants close by including Locale.

Very Modern clean room and bath. Spacious with separate kitchen. Clean beddings and bath amenities. Good AC. Balcony. Lyft. The staff is very helpful in direction & tours, airport transfers. 6 to 8 min. easy walk to restaurants, Hop On #1 stop, shopping, theaters and tours meeting point. Secured neighborhood even at night. I will definitely stay here again.
