Chambre très propre et grande. De même pour la salle de bain (privative mais séparée de la chambre par le couloir commun). L’accueil de l’hôte était parfait : il nous a attendu tard le soir car notre vol a eu du retard, il a été très arrangeant et très utile dès qu’on avait une information à lui demander. Je recommande vivement !

Nice stay in Palermo

I would remember my stay because of host Riccardo. Riccardo is very kind, friendly and discret. He was probably the best host I have ever had. Appartment and bathroom were nice, clean and tidy. Italian breakfast is also offered with fruits, milk, bread, muesli, croissants, butter, jam, real coffee, juice etc. If you book it, you can not be dissapointed. Recommended.

Great base for visiting the city

Very clean and nice room. The building is quiet, and they are very helpful and friendly. It is a short walk to the centre. I enjoyed my stay there, very good value.

Nice place

We stayed with Riccardo for five nights and we really enjoyed it. Very welcoming and very professional. Spacious and very clean, with simple Italian breakfast and a stunning view from the balcony.

There is nothing unpleasant to say about this place.. great location..clean and comfortable room... owner very nice..l arrived late night..he was personally waiting for us in street making sure we got there safely...nice view from room .. helpful..l would not think twice to stay there again in the lovely Palermo.

Perfect stay in Palermo!

This is the perfect stay in Palermo; clean, quiet, calm neighborhood with walking distance to almost everything. Riccardo is a great host, friendly and very helpful and accessible all times. He makes coffee and fresh croissants in the morning and helped me to find repair service for my phone when it broke during the visit. The rooms looks just like on the pictures and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely go back and stay here when visiting Palermo next time!

Cortesia, pulizia e posizione

L'appartamento si trova in zona centrale a due passi sia dal teatro Massimo che dal Politeama e vicino al caratteristico mercato del Capo. Molto pulito e ordinato. Colazione gustosa, varia e abbondante. Soprattutto Riccardo è un ottimo padrone di casa, gentile, cortese e disponibile. Lo straconsiglio

Super B& B mitten in der City...

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hatte einige sehr hilfreiche Tipps für uns...Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir waren dort für 6 Tage und können es nur weiter empfehlen. ..perfekt für einen Städtetrip.

Kemonia più che un B&B e meglio di un hotel

Il nostro soggiorno presso il B&B Kemonia è stato molto piacevole e confortevole, grazie all'ottima struttura e a Riccardo, perfetto padrone di casa. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e luminosa da cui si gode una vista non comune. Tranquilla, nonostante la strada sottostante trafficata, grazie alle finestre insonorizzate. Bagno privato esterno molto grande, comodo e dotato di finestra. Pulizia ineccepibile con cambio frequente di asciugamani e lenzuola. Colazione personalizzata. Grazie di cuore a Riccardo, davvero una bella persona, gentile, affabile discreto e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta ed esigenza.

Hotel Kemonia was fantastic, not only for the obvious points, such as a lovely clean room and separate bathroom, location, price etc., but particularly for the hospitality and kindness of the lovely host. I would highly recommend this location to friends visiting Palermo for value and convenience.

Bravissimo il gestore, gentile e disponibile ad offrire informazioni sulle cose da vedere in città. Mi sento di consigliare questo B e B a chiunque abbia intenzione di trascorrere un periodo in questa meravigliosa città. Situato in posizione strategica per partire in ogni direzione, zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Per andare a Mondello (abbiamo fatto il bagno a metà ottobre) occorre prendere 2 mezzi ma in tre quarti d'ora ci si arriva. Ottimo, non potevamo chiedere di più. Bravo Riccardo.

Nice place, close to the city center

My sister and I stayed at this B&B hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our host Ricardo was very accommodating and helpful in choosing places to visit and eat. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. All attractions were within a walking distance. We would recommend it to our friends.

Sehr netter Gastwirt, sehr gute Lage

Es sind nur drei Gästezimmer. Jedes hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, direkt gegenüber auf dem Flur. Es gibt ein Frühstück mit Espresso, sehr guten Cornetti und etwas Obst, jedoch kein richtiges Buffet oder so. War aber völlig in Ordnung. Der sehr freundliche, junge Gastwirt gibt einen einen Stadtplan und gute Hinweise auf Fragen, z.B. auch hinsichtlich Nachtleben usw.
