Marco is the friendliest and amusing host. He gave us a warm welcome and lots of good advice re our short visit to Palermo. The hotel is in a great location, was good value and served a very nice breakfast. A good experience all round and would definitely recommend this hotel as very convenient for getting around Palermo.

A really nice b&b at a pedestrian street close to everything. We stayed in a large, clean and well maintained room. The breakfast was good, with great coffee. The owner, Marco, and staff were very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Breakfast starts at 8:30 AM every day, which is very very inconvenient for most of the tourist. Most of the tours start at 8–9 a.m. every day. There is no time for breakfast.

We only had one night at the hotel but Marco, the owner, could not do enough to make us feel welcome. He is obviously very proud of his business and of Palermo itself and ensured that we had everything we needed. The property is on a pedestrianised street and is a perfect location for walking the streets and sights of Palermo. On leaving we had unknowingly left some of our property in the room but Marco quickly phoned to say that he had found it. Overall an excellent service.

Central bed and breakfast in Palermo, where location plays the first role, due to the size of the city and security concerns. Unfortunately, given that I was on my own, I got a very small room that had really limited natural light coming in from the window. Room was very clean. Lack of electricity sockets in the room requires that you unplug the bedside lamps in order to plug in a computer or your battery/phone chargers. Marco, who runs the BnB is particularly kind and available to provide you with all the information only a local can give you, in order to make your stay in Palermo unforgettable!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I felt so welcome, the place was ideally located for everything I wanted and needed to do! Clean, tidy and breakfast was okay! Our room was very spacious, clean and practical. It was centrally located within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was very good with an assortment of fruits, yoghurts, croissants and amazing cappuccino! The owner, Mario was very sweet and obliging. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone on a budget. There is great value here.
