It is a average low budget place to stay, but it is off the main downtown area so we had to take taxi or a scooter. It was atleast 10-15 minutes walk every time. I do wish I was shown how to use the coffee maker and that they had water in the container more...

Très bonne accueil en français très propre. Cuisine et toilette en commun Attention jolie petite chambre mais bruit de la route et ouverture vitrée au dessus de la porte qui donne dans l office de la lumière une bonne partie de la nuit très dérangeant pour dormir

La struttura è abbastanza vicina al castello della zisa ma non va bene se si vuole vivere la movida Palermitana perché è distante dal centro dove ci sono i locali più interessanti ed anche distante da tutte le principali attrazioni come il duomo, il palazzo dei Normanni, i quattro canti ecc... Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e non era prevista nessuna colazione, pertanto le foto sul sito che certificano la colazione non sono realistiche. In bagno abbiamo trovato 3 mini bustine di prodotti da bagno ed un dispenser con del detergente mani, ma durante il soggiorno non sono stati riforniti. Dei due phon, uno non funzionava e l'unico funzionante era piccolo da viaggio. Non ci tornerei.

Très bien accueillis, personnel souriant et arrangeant. La chambre était propre, beaucoup de serviettes à disposition. La climatisation marchait très bien. Le petit déjeuner était dans un bar en bas de la rue. Je recommande !

Great Stay

A lovely young couple running a small B&B. It is very modern and very clean. Breakfast was great and as a Brit it was lovely that we were given a teapot to make tea with breakfast. We wish them every success.

The hosts are kind and really nice people. They even came to the airport for a nominal fee, waited for a very delayed flight arrival, stopped to pick up a snack, gave us a short Palermo by night tour before arriving by midnight when public transportation from the airport was no longer available. This is our second visit with them. Ancora mille grazie, Roberta ed Ettore! We'd love to come back again

Just brilliant!

I can’t recommend enough this place. Right from the start when we were picked up from the airport by Ettore, we were welcomed warmly to his and Gabriella’s B&B. The hotel is very clean and in a central location. We walked everywhere and managed to see all the main sights that on offer in Palermo. Breakfast was great and tipical continental with freshly prepared Italian coffee! For anybody thinking about booking this hotel my recommendation would be to not to think twice, get booked and see for themselves how fantastic the owners are and to have a very comfortable stay in the heart of Palermo!
