Cozy apartment, located in the elegant Politeama - Zisa district, in the city center, where you can go shopping or taste the delicacies of Sicilian pastry and gastronomy. At 500 meters from the Castello della Zisa, splendid residence of the Norman kings inserted in the UNESCO Arab-Norman route. Very close to the Massimo theater, the Politeama theater, the Villino Florio, Villa Amalfitano and the Cultural Zisa shipyards, all reachable in about 5-15 minutes on foot.
NO ZTL AREA. Recently renovated. Equipped with lift with concierge service and video surveillance. All rooms are air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi service. Apartment furnished and equipped with all bed linen and towels etc, television, washing machine, refrigerator. Secure parking near the building. A few meters away you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors ... All kinds of shops. A short walk from the new Lolli metro station.
