lovely stay

And soon as I arrived, I felt at home. Luana is an amazing host. The place is a maze of wonderful Sicilian style. She had me choose which bed I preferred, showed me all of the facilities and was so kind. We get to use the kitchen, there are multiple balconies around the apartment to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book whilst listening to the sound of people on the street. I loved my stay here.

Good stay for the price

The owners mum was running the business when we were staying, and her English wasn't that good so it was a bit hard to communicate with her. She tried her best though. Room was clean and cozy, soft bed and pillows. Big fan in the room, which helped a bit from the heat. Bathroom was somewhat clean but had some mold. Didn't use the kitchen that much but we were provided with bottle water from the fridge :) Wifi had barely any connection in our room which was a big minus, barely had any connection for data on our phones either.

部屋は広くて、面白いインテリアでバスルームの形が変わっていた。チェックアウトは扉を開けて鍵を置いておけば良い、とのことで、オーナーが不在でもすぐに出発できるのが良かった。

You find Exclusive Dependance in the middle of Palermo Centro Historico. It is an old Italian family house made to a B&B. If you want to see and stay, in a real Italian environment, this is the place to stay. The owner, Signora Pia does everything to make your stay enjoyable.There are different types of rooms,mine was a private room with an elegant bathroom. The room was very clean and the bead sheets and towels were changed every other day. There are many nice cafes and restaurants near by. In this area you find many artist and artisan studios, selling their own products. Also the fish market is a short 5 min. walk away. I recommend to take an Italian dictionary with you as most people speak only Italian.

Nota positiva la posizione: in un antico palazzo in un quartiere ricco di dimore rinnovate e sede della movida palermitana serale. Sono stato in una soffitta trasformata in giaciglio con una non agevole scala per l'accesso e fredda in inverno. Gentili i proprietari. Il bagno comune era pulito e il WiFi era funzionante.

In centro, a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale

La camera molto confortevole, con bagno privato splendido. Pulizia eccellente. Vengono consegnate le chiavi della struttura e della camera per cui si entra/esce senza disturbare nessuno in completa autonomia. I gestori del posto sono molto gentili, disponibili ad adattarsi alle esigenze e dare consigli sulla permanenza a Palermo, ma non sono per niente invadenti se si desidera intimita`. Tutta la struttura e` piena di specchi e arredata con un tocco di gusto dei gestori anche tramite opere realizzate personalmente. Rapporto qualita`/prezzo decisamente vantaggioso, consigliatissima!

Zentral gelegene Pension mit gutem Gesamteindruck

Ich hatte eine gute Woche Urlaub in Palermo gemacht und war von dem relativ ursprünglichen Eindruck des Alltagslebens der Sizilianer angetan. Es gibt zwar einen gut ausgebauten Tourismus, aber der hat das Bild dieser Insel noch nicht verfälscht wie in anderen Regionen. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass man günstig essen gehen kann und ansonsten das Preisniveau verhältnismässig niedrig ist, also ideal für Studentenurlaube etc. In der Urlaubswoche habe ich viel gesehen, neben den ganzen touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Palazzo Reale, Kathedrale, historischen Märkten und schönen Parks konnte ich auch den Alltag auf den Straßen und einige Events wie Straßenlauf miterleben. Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sauber sowie geräumig und verfügte über ein Doppelbett und einen Balkon sowie ein Bad mit Dusche, Bidet und Waschbecken. Flüssigseife zum Händewaschen stand am Waschbecken. Zur Badausstattung stand noch ein Fön und mehrere Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer wurde während meines Aufenthaltes nicht täglich gereinigt, was ich als angenehm empfand. Leider fehlte im Zimmer ein abschließbarer Kleiderschrank. Die Pensionsinhaberin klopft vor Eintritt an die Zimmertür. Bei Bedarf kann man sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche etwas kochen oder Kaffee kochen. Sitzplätze und ein Tisch sind in der Küche auch vorhanden. Gern bringt die Pensionsbesitzerin früh auf Wunsch einen kleinen Cup Kaffee früh ins Zimmer.

Ottima sistemazione in pieno centro storico

Mi sono fermata una decina di giorni e ho trovato: Proprietaria molto accogliente Ambienti puliti. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata con tutto quello che può servire. Ottima posizione con chiese/musei/palazzi fra i più importanti di Palermo tutti a due passi. Che dire?!...È stata proprio una bella esperienza. Grazie!

旧市街のコスパ最高で快適なB&B

パレルモに始めて行くので旧市街の滞在は不安でしたが、危険なゾーンではなく、老舗や人気の飲食店がとても多い地域で、雰囲気も良く、安心しました。B&Bのお部屋も快適でした。私の泊まった部屋はバスルームも広くて良かったです！唯一の欠点はシャワーの水圧が低かった事でしょうか。鍵だけ渡してサヨナラ…ではなく、たいていお母様か息子さんがいらっしゃるので安心です！パレルモに再訪の機会があったらまた必ず泊まりたいです！
