Good location

Location was good. However it can also be noisey for the same reason. En-suite was cramped and let down the overall stay. Staff were always helpful and were definitely the best thing about our stay.

Good deal near the central train station

Staff were very helpful, such as Wenda (Wendy) and Simona at the front desk and Estefania and the lady who speaks English who clean the rooms. The building is old and not at the top condition, but the staff keeps it clean and pleasant. The central train station is a few minutes’ walk, and a supermarket is about 10 minutes’ walk. For the price charged, it’s a great deal. The area around the hotel may not feel comfortable for a woman to walk by herself at night, but ok for a couple.

The hotel itself was/is very clean with great personnel.....all friendly and efficient. The train station, bus station, and many nice bars and restaurants are really close by....trains being 100 metres away- so handy if you want to go on day trips.

Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service.

I had a great stay at for two nights earlier this month. What I Loved: Location, Location, Location! The property is right next to the Central Train Station, making it super convenient for travelers. Plus, all the major historical sites are within walking distance. Well-Maintained: The property is clean and well-kept, reflecting good upkeep. Friendly Staff: The reception team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. What Could Be Improved: Bathroom Space & Ventilation: The toilet was quite small, and the door didn’t close properly. Additionally, the exhaust fan wasn’t very effective, leading to some lingering odors. Air Conditioning: Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t operational yet. While I was informed that it wasn’t turned on as summer hadn’t officially started, the temperatures already warranted its use. Overall: Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I had a great experience. The excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made my stay

Palermo super-centrale.

GC14 is ‘basic’ in some ways and has minimal facilities (although rooms have the essentials) but it’s in a great location for exploring Palermo on foot or by bus and making day-trips elsewhere in Sicily. The very best thing about it is the young, friendly and efficient staff! They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful and they made us feel warmly welcome.

This property was very close to the train station, which is exactly what I was looking for. The area noisy during the day as it is a hot transit hub. It gets quiet in the evening allowing for rest. The hotel was under renovation, but the construction noise was very low and did not distrub my trip. It met all my needs.

Comfortable and close to railway station

Almost opposite the railway station and very close to the long distance bus station. Very convenient if a traveller would like to stay close to public transport facilities to travel to other places and to airport. This is a kitchenette but the microwave did not work. There was nom kettle but one was promptly provided on request. I could not get the cooker to work either. Reception staff friendly and helpful but not available after 9 pm.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Há poucos metros da estação de trem. Recém reformado. A cozinha conta com poucos utensílios. A cama é ok. O banheiro tem box pequeno, como a maioria dos hotéis da Itália. Quarto grande. Enfim, voltaremos sempre que possível.
