I would book here again

This was a brilliant hotel to stay in. Very close to all the sites, markets and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The place itself feels very secure and safe with entry only available to people with a swipe key. Our room had a gorgeous balcony which made the room feel very spacious and light. Breakfast was easy and nice. Nothing too fancy but a good start to the day.

Hotel al 4° piano con ascensore di un vecchio palazzo della centralissima via Roma di Palermo. E' un piccolo hotel, nulla di eccezionale, ma ha tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno... Io avevo la camera n. 4 molto grande con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo. Ho dormito sul matrimoniale e devo dire che il materasso era sufficientemente comodo. La camera era attrzzata per i diversamente abili quindi con il bagno ad hoc per chi è in carrozzella compreso uno stranissimo box doccia che non avevo mai visto. Acqua calda sempre disponibile. I due balconi presenti erano praticamente inutilizzabili vista la dimensione e vista la difficoltà ad aprire i serramenti. La stanza era dotata di climatizzatore caldo/freddo e piccola TV con decoder. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso che mi ha consegnato tutte le chiavi necessarie per poter rientrare anche tardi e accedere autonomamente alla mia stanza. Colazione che nel mio caso era compresa nel prezzo molto basica con piccolissimo assortimento di salato costituito da fettine di cetriolo e pomodori e fettine di formaggio, prosciutto e salame, il dolce un po' più assortito con piccole brioches vuote, una crostata non artigianale e poi altre cosette di cui non ho usufruito, c'era poi qualche vasetto di yougurt e due barattoli di cereali, caraffe di acqua e arancia. la ragazza che si occupa delle colazioni ti porta da bere il caffe o il cappuccino. Considerando che si tratta di un 1 stella non mi aspettavo tanto altro...

Ci hanno contattato la mattina stessa del nostro arrivo per dirci che l'hotel non era agibile. Hanno rifiutato la nostra richiesta di rimborso effettuata tramite operatore Expedia. Ci hanno dirottati in un B&B con un bagno in camera senza una vera porta, ma un semplice soffietto in plastica malandato. Il bagno era senza finestra e, addirittura, SENZA NEMMENO l'ASPIRATORE! Il bagno era SENZA BIDET, pur avendo prenotato una camera con bidet. Il bagno aveva lo scarico di tutti gli elementi con Sanitrit, rumoroso. Al check-in il wc presentava la fascetta di pulizia e disinfezione ma alzando la tavoletta abbiamo trovato carta igienica gettata senza far scorrere l'acqua. Dalla strada rumore notturno di persone fino alle ore 3 o 4 della mattina. I termosifoni non funzionavano! Unica nota positiva è stata la ragazza che la mattina ci ha preparato la colazione con gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza, buoni i cappuccini e i dolci da colazione.

Je recommande.

Hôtel vraiment très bien placer. A 5 min à peine de marche de la gare donc super quand on a fait Aéroport > centre ville en navette. Et à 5 min à peine du centre historique où il y a toute l’ambiance et les super restaurants. L’hôtel quand à lui est simple mais vraiment très bien. Les chambres sont propre. Et l’accueil est super. Le petite déjeuner est aussi a l’image de l’hôtel, simple mais suffisant. Avec dés viennoiseries de qualité, du bon café et des fruits. Ça fait vraiment la différence quand ce sont eux qui nous font un vrai café ou un vrai chocolat chaud et pas avec une machine instantanée comme dans la plupart des hôtels. Je recommande !

Nous aurions bien aimé y séjourner. Quelle stupéfaction à notre arrivée (à plus de 22h), quand on nous a annoncé sans aucune explication que malgré notre réservation nous ne pouvions pas loger à l’hôtel. Nous avions payé en ligne et n’avons jamais été prévenues d’un quelconque changement ou contre temps avant notre arrivée. Nous avons été redirigées vers un Bed and breakfast appartenant au propriétaire quelques rues plus loin. De plus, nous avons dû payer une taxe de séjour qui n’était pas précisée lors de la réservation en ligne. Malgré un accueil chaleureux et sympathique, nous restons très déçues de ne pas avoir séjourné à l’hôtel que nous avions choisi sans avoir été avisées en amont.

Zentrale Lage mit ein paar negativen

In unsere Zimmer war es sehr laut nachts. Wir haben versucht auf irgendeine Weise die Balkontür abzuschließen aber es hat nichts gebracht. Die Dusche kann erneuert werden so wie die Matratze auf dem Bett. Sonst ist es es Preis Leistung Lage gut für eine Nacht.

Good for the price.

Hotel was easily accessible from bus and rail station. Reception very helpful and open to midnight ,not 9pm as advised by hotels.com. Room was a bit tight , bed comfortable. Very clean but definitely needing some TLC.As usual in Italian hotels the shower was a squeeze. A pity as there was room for a nice walk in shower. A bit of redecorating wouldn't go amiss. Breakfast was adequate and plenty to choose from if you like cake! Easy walking to restaurants and sights and Hop on Hop off bus .

A small, cozy, and comfortable hotel. The people are friendly and willing to help you giving all kinds of asked advice. It is situated so near the best part of Palermo and the main train station. One can stay in Concordia and see all Sicily by taking everyday the train to all parts of the island.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und äußerst bemüht. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und für einen Kurztrip ausreichend, nur die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet und der Duschkopf brach während unseres Aufenthaltes ohne Fremdeinwirkung einfach ab. Leider sind die direkten kleinen Straßen im Umkreis des Hotels sehr vermüllt und auch etwas suspekt. Ansonsten sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
