Great hotel, rude staff! The hotel is beautiful and brand new and very central. The rooms are lovely and the amenities and breakfast are truly phenomenal. The only problem was the rude staff… We paid the city tax upon arriving and at check out the man at the front desk quite literally yelled at us that we had not paid it and had to pay again. Then after a long back and forth he confirmed it was paid. Then he ordered us a car saying it would be one price and when we arrived at the destination, it was double. The staff is ridiculous… unfortunate because the hotel itself is truly amazing and the restaurant staff was really lovely!

Staff is so helpful, beds were comfortable and room was calm and lovely. Best hotel I've stayed aT! Centrally located, beautiful, easy to walk everywhere and the breakfast is so good we never ate anywhere else. Seriously fabulous breakfast buffet!

Great hotel at perfect location. If you have a car, a bit challenging to find because it looks like you are entering forbidden streets though you are not. Would have been helpful if hotel provided driving instructions. Rooms are modern, and service is wonderful. If visiting again, I’d surely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was excellent, putting us within easy reach of the city’s main attractions and making it very convenient for getting around on foot. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with recommendations or requests, which added a lot to the overall experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, though on the smaller side, so those who prefer more spacious accommodations may want to keep this in mind. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Palermo who values a prime location, good food, and warm service.

A week in Palermo

This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing street in Palermo. It’s made up from three properties one of which was a monastery. The staff are really lovely the breakfast was excellent and the air conditioning was superb which was fabulous as the temperature was so high. We did the bus tour and visited the cathedral which was amazing. We also did the Mafia tour which was fascinating.

We had a three night stay in May 2025. Check in was easy and after a small glitch in the room we were immediately moved to another room on the same floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as a jumping off point. Only element missing might be a nice spot outdoors for an evening or happy hour beverage (rooftop or outside in front of the hotel).

Hotel is in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. Newly refurbished so nice and modern. We had two single rooms which were a great size ! Balcony to the street as well. Only negatives were the showers in both our room were Luke warm and not even hot. Breakfast, the coffee , hot water machine is very noisey and doesn’t heat the water up, stays luke warm. I would highly recommend this hotel, was central to everything. Both our single rooms also had wheelchair accessible showers and toilet.

Beautiful property, very comfortable room regarding space, bed & temperature. We had a junior suite with balcony. Housekeeping staff needs a bit help. Each day we had to go to the front desk for items they forgot to restock. Otherwise, nice location.

Solid hotel choice

Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff was very warm & welcoming. We opted to stay in a Jr Suite, which was quite nice. And, unlike all of the other hotels we stayed in while visiting Palermo, this one has decent WiFi and exceptional air conditioning. My only complaint is that the gym and steam room are not currently operational, despite their website claiming otherwise. It is highly likely that we would stay here again, just wish they had an honest/accurate website.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast options were adequate. There was plenty of places to sit, although we did visit in early October and I can imagine it getting very busy. The hotel is situated at the end of a busy road with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The main sites are at the other end of road, but it’s just a 20-30 minutes’ walk to reach them. Overall, I found the hotel a good place to base ourselves to explore Palermo.
