Location central and close to rail but property is more like a hostel than a hotel. Old in all respects with dingy feel but a comfortable bed and good sized room. Don’t expect any luxury.

This hotel was amazing! Great staff, very clean hotel, and room. The beds were comfy, breakfast was provided daily, and was always fresh. I was always asked if I wanted a coffee and the staff would go make me one. A/C works great. It's on the 4th floor so great views. Close to Palermo centrale, grocery store almost directly across the street, bus stop is maybe a 2-minute walk.

Not for us!

We arrived at 22.00 and met the staff at the elevator whilst leaving the hotel ending their day of work. The reception was said to be open until 24.00 So we were lucky to get our keys! Emailed and asked for the password for the wifi. No answer, and no info in the room. The breakfast? Forget the description at the homepage. It was really poor. The staff was excellent though. A very nice woman very keen to help! Spoke italian only but no problem. Location via Roma: very noisy even on 4th floor. Lovely buildings around. Close to the airport connected central station which for us was the main reason why we chose this hotel.
