Great location, Martina was incredibly helpful and courteous and made checking in a breeze. Breakfast was really great and the room was elegant, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed only for the night before our flight out but it is well-located so we could have a last walk into the historic center. When we couldn't be there for breakfast they prepared a carry out breakfast which was excellent. Beautiful rooms.

The rooms were clean, spacious and conveniently located in the center of the historic Palermo center. You can wake up in the morning and have direct access to Capo Market, and a short walk to Teatro Massimo. We were staying at the Hotel in the Family room and unfortunately the room we were given had lots of stairs. This was an issue for us as our 82 year old Nonna had knee issues. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to provide a different room on a lower level with elevator access....

It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.

An amazing place to stay in Palermo. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a huge plus. Safe area. Near breakfast spots, shopping areas, and local transportation. Hosts were very nice and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Would book again!

We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Palazzo del Poeta is spectacular! After a very challenging drive into town (so many missed turns and one-way micro alleys!), we were feeling a bit shell-shocked at our first time in bustling Palermo. The Palazzo is a sophisticated, quiet, almost glamorous oasis that we really needed after exploring this amazing but sometimes overwhelming city. Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. The location was great. We took the airport bus to one of the main plazas I walked to our hotel about five minutes away. You have to go through a small entry and asked the man parking the cars for entry to the elevator of the hotel. It is located in the courtyard just off the main street it is very clean and must have just been remodeled. The owner is very knowledgeable and will try to save you money on your tourist desires. This hotel is awesome on all accounts. It’s clean, modern and has great amenities like a massaging/led shower and a Nespresso machine. The location is super central and super safe with many bus lines nearby including a direct bus to Mondello, the nearby beach. Everything is within walking distance including great restaurants and shopping. The owner Luigi is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for all travelers.

I had a beautiful private balcony. The breakfast was fantastic each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the shower was hot, I was very happy.

Excellent boutique hotel located with easy walking access and proximity to Old City sites. Charming room with high ceilings and large private balcony adjacent to reception/bar/breakfast room/lounge on the top floor. Effervescent staff who are eager to suggest best ways to spend time in Palermo and make dining reservations on behalf of the guests. Reception hours are limited to two shifts organized around breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) and afternoon/evening (4:30-8:30).
