We stayed for one night. We sent a message before to request if it's possible to check-in early. We arrived around 10 am and our room was ready. Woww. The room was so clean and so nice. We had room with a great balcony. Everything is just perfect. They staffs are very kind. Private parking just behind the hotel. The old city just few minutes by walk. It's 10/10, PERFECT. Highly recommended !

Très agréable ,propre, accueillant, bien situé.Petits bémols: literie moyenne mais qui va être changée, pas le côté design que l’on voit en photo. On peut demander qu’on vienne nous chercher et / ou nous ramène à l'aéroport. Petit déjeuner oú le jus de fruit semble de la poudre diluée , j’aurais aimé un bon jus d’orange ou une orange pressée , même avec supplément car il n’y a ni fruit frais ni fruit sec.Mais l’ensemble est hautement satisfaisant.

Perfect location and best value for money

We were absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Best value in the city. Location was perfect, we had our own terrace and the place was spotless. Value for money incredible. Would recommend to anyone visiting Palermo and would love the opportunity to return. Loved it.

Perfect location and staff

the location is wonderfull since it is in the center and close to turistic attractions. The owner Giuseppe and his staff are very friendly and available for help. Our room was very clean and had enough space and a beautiful balcony. Breakfast is very nice and price/quality is perfect. When I go to Palermo again I would go here again and can recommend Others to go as well!

Goed hotel in het midden van de stad.

Dit hotel (bed & breakfast)raad ik iedereen aan die lowbudget reist. De ligging is heel centraal. Goede verzorging, schoon, stil (door rolluiken)en airco. Elke dag frisse lakens en schone handdoeken. Wel vragen naar aparte bedden als dit nodig is. Een fijne familie runt deze B&B.

Owners/Staff went out of their way to assist and make us comfortable. They recommended a restaurant close by, sent us there with an introductory card, and we received a free gift plus outstanding service and food. Typical European continental breakfast daily. Es un hotel que no llega ni a media estrella.

Se encuentra en un lugar poco accesible, cuando llegue estaba cerrado, el elevador es solo para una persona y tarda mucho. Tienes que subir unas escaleras incómodas. El personal agresivo y poco servicial. Me querían cobrar otra vez las dos.noches de estancia, las cuales estaban pagadas por adelantado con Expedia. Al hacer el check out, me querían cobrar 150.00 Euros por daños y perjuicios que se referían a la limpieza del sanitario,me agredieron física y verbalmente, sólo les pague 50.00 Euros, porque me retenían el equipaje. Fue terrible, por favor no lo recomienden.
