We booked to stay here due to our flights being delayed and our previous hotel being fully booked and were pleasantly delighted to find ourselves in the very heart of Palermo’s many restaurants and very close to the shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced for the location as well.

Friendly and responsive staff. Spacious rooms and well kept. Minibar has variety of drinks and you get to make your coffee and or tea. An ancient lift that has been well kept.

Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff with excellent English speaking skills. We recommend you pay attention to advance emails about checking in online 48 hours before arriving to get the front door code for the building - the hotel lobby is on an upper floor. The checkin desk was literally right outside our room so sound was noticeable during business hours. The rooms are quite large and somewhat unusual, but we enjoyed our stay there.

Definitely a hotel that I was not expecting It's on one floor of a building so you must really look for it to find it. Overall not bad but showing it's age and could be freshened up.

Very good location. Walking distance to major sights. However, bathroom was very smelly and poorly ventilated. Except for bathroom smell, everything was clean. Don't understand why this is a 3-star hotel. Should be 2 stars. Front desk closes at 12:30 pm. They forgot to extend our access to return for checked luggage.

Extrem nettes, vor allem extrem hilfsbereites Personal. Mitten in der Nacht nach einer Autopanne wurde unserer Anruf außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten angenommen und uns 2 Zimmer gegeben, zu einem tollen Preis mitten in der Stadt. Am nächsten Morgen wurden uns noch die neuen Tickets für die Fähre gedruckt und auch bei der Suche nach einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit geholfen. Dass Personal spricht auch noch englisch - in Sizilien keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie glücklich wir waren, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben. Weiter so!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden Check in fantastisch auch beim Check Out lief alles perfekt Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt sogar mit Balkon Das Frühstück war außerordentlich es gab kein Limit man konnte essen was man wollte Zu Fuß alles erreichbar.Wir würden wieder buchen alles super und toll.Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das findet man nicht überall.Wir kommen wieder,das ist sicher
