Great place, awesome view of the town. Clean, easy access, host pointed out great restaurants. I would book there again. Wish we could of stayed longer. Loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay, very central location so was some noise but glazing amazing at keeping it to a minimum. Lovely room and balcony and such a nice area to make coffee and have a lovely little pastry. Would definitely recommend to others

Loved this property. Room is furnished nicely, mattress comfortable and staff are amazing. They are always there during the morning/early afternoon and if they are not they are easy to get ahold of. Stay and enjoy!!!

Central location to Palermo’s highlights. Good shopping, great street food. The staff very very helpful. Francesco, our hostess extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gave easy to follow instruction for check- in and seamless check- out. We had a fabulous time. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Pagano Home Guesthouse. Francesco was very friendly and generous and understanding with our check-out situation and for that we are very grateful and made our stay in Palermo much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this quiet hotel in a great location. Thank you!

A wonderfully located, appointed, and incredible friendly staff and ownership. Anya and Francesco were so incredibly nice. The location is 100mtrs from the main piazza and main walking street. We would all go back in a heart beat

We had a great stay at the Pagano Guest house. We were warmly welcomed and we were allowed to leave our luggage prior to checking in as we arrived early and also we were allowed to leave our luggage on our departure day as we didn’t leave until 6pm. Everything regarding our arrival was explained by Francesca via WhatsApp in great detail and any questions were answered directly. We loved the location within walking distance to all the sights, and great restaurants as it was just off the Main Street but very quiet nothing was to much trouble I would definitely recommend and owner so friendly

This property was delightful. Room was clean and well laid out with nice amenities, including some unexpected desserts in the afternoon. It was in a great location just off of Via Maqueda. There was a working elevator (we only used with luggage). Balcony had room for 2. We never met the host, Francesco, who interacted via Expedia and WhatsApp, but he was always attentive and quick to assist. He also provided superb instructions for accessing the property. All of the properties we stayed at in Sicily were nice, but this was my favorite. It had the perfect combination of clean, updated rooms, while keeping some of the Sicilian charm. We did not have a car and opted to walk (with luggage) from the train station. Once you got to Via Maqueda, it was smooth sailing as it is a (semi) pedestrian zone. Was a great way to be introduced to an historic part of Palermo.

Driving in Palermo is a challenge! Finding the facility can be a challenge too . Use the next door parking place. Amazing host and staff. If we come to Palermo again we will definitely stay there!

Beautiful B&B! The room was lovely and quiet despite being right in the heart of all the action. It was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive via WhatsApp to any questions. Could not ask for a more convenient location for walking to many of the attractions, and there are tonnes of restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing experience at this place while visiting Palermo. The location is perfect just by the livly main street, and in addition there is a balcony with table and chairs. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. Newly renovated room, super clean and nice. We missed the check in instructions but that was solved without any trouble. We happily recommend Pagano Home Guesthouse to everyone planning a trip to Palermo 💛

Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. Parking garages located nearby too, if you're not as fortunate with the street parking. I would highly recommend this accommodation, we had a fabulous stay here, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for your help and assistance during our stay.

Chambre moderne très bien située rue Maqueda. Malgré le bruit ambiant de la rue, les fenêtres étaient très étanches. Notre hôte Francesco est un ange, toujours prêt à courir pour nous aider. Très facile de communiquer avec lui sur What’s App. Les petites douceurs à notre disposition, ainsi que la machine à café dans l’espace commun furent très appréciées également. Grazie !
