The room is very large and modern with good aircon and the bathroom was particularly good. However there were some basic amenities missing from the room including a full length mirror, spare bedding including anything more than a very thin sheet, and proper balcony furniture. We purposefully booked a room with a balcony so that we could get pastries and coffee in the morning and sit out to eat, and sit out with drinks in the evening, except there was only a single plastic chair and no table at all which made or pretty unusable. There were also only 2 coffee pods between 3 people over 4 days which was annoying. Overall I probably wouldn’t choose this apartment again because of the things that annoyed us, but others might not be bothered by these things.
Also the balcony door is not very sound proofed and it’s in a busy part of the city so if you struggle sleeping with noise (think car horns from 6am to 2am) then bring earplugs.
Our bright and impeccably clean room had modern amenities, good Wifi, air conditioning, a comfortable king sized bed, a balcony for two, coffee and tea makers and a small refrigerator stocked with water. The virtual lobby was a breeze to navigate, and our host was available so quickly when we had questions. Located steps from Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo, everything was walkable!
