Taj Hari Mahal Jodhpur

"I wanted to write this review with ranking this Taj property as the best I had ever stayed at, but I'm unable to based on my checkout experience with the hotel manager. To be brief, it was a nightmare. I can confidently say that the issue was later resolved and effectively handled by Mr. Bhayal. Because of his kindness, professionalism and issue resolution I am more than inclined to leave a positive review. To be fair, this is not the fanciest Taj property I have stayed at nor is the real estate around it exceptionally beautiful, but what it lacks in grandeur it makes up in hospitality. The staff is well trained and polite. The architecture of the property is phenomenal. The food and drinks amazing. I do recommend getting the pool view vs the garden view. I went swimming ever single day and loved it. The pool is perfect!!! The cultural show, magic show and puppet show really bring a warm welcome. At this Taj, you truly feel like family. Don't forget to stop at the boutique and visit Ram, he will make sure you leave looking better than you entered. Again, I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Bhayal. He is an exceptional fine gentleman and an asset to the Taj corporation."

"The room was clean and well maintained, making the stay comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff deserves special appreciation — they are extremely courteous, polite, and genuinely warm. Most of them are from the neighboring village, and their hospitality felt far more sincere and heartfelt than what you often experience in many high-end 5-star or even so-called 7-star hotels. The food was another highlight — excellent quality, freshly prepared, and made using pure ingredients. You can truly feel the authenticity and care in every meal. Safari bookings can be conveniently arranged once you reach Jawai, which makes planning much easier. A special mention to Mr. Pukhraj, who is very humble and helpful; the rest of the staff also reflects the same respectful and welcoming attitude. That said, this is a lodge, not a luxury resort. If you are someone who specifically looks for 5-star or 7-star properties with jacuzzis, ultra-luxury amenities, and a resort-style experience, this may not be the right choice for you. However, if you value cleanliness, authentic hospitality, great food, and a peaceful stay close to nature, this place is absolutely worth it."
