"Room smelled unclean like an old dirty rag.. phone was not working Food at the buffet could be better. Did not like smell of room."

"I loved that the room had no carpet but a solid wooden floor. The bathroom needed some tlc and the shower gel was empty. If you have no shower gel you’re done. The breakfast spread was very good. The croissants were very tasty. All staff were lovely. "
