She is extremely attentive, friendly, helpful, and will ensure you have a great stay! She is the owner and keeps the property in excellent condition! La location est d'une propreté exemplaire et très confortable tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Elle se situe au calme et cela fait du bien . La climatisation en temps de canicule fut la bien venue, Sans oublier le petit chat qui est venu nous saluer et passer quelques bons moments avec nous. Nous ne pouvons que fortement recommander ce lieu magique."

"Very clean, but I don't think the air conditioning works very well."

"Location is ideal, only 10 min walk to train station and bit less to lake. All staff were great. It is a Viking tour hotel so you do get a lot of people staying but the hotel facilities can handle it. Breakfast was a wide range the only criticism is that the hot food isn’t hot. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon. The room we had Mountain View was big enough for a week no issues. Lake maggorie is vast and traveling everywhere on the ferry can get expensive. Worth the money is the Maggiore express on the weekends that take you to Locarno in Switzerland and scenic train back. All in all a lovely 7 days."

"The room was clean but under the bed was very dusty. A handle fell off the door to the balcony. Reported this to reception and it was repaired the same day. Two lights not working in the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Level of English good when required. Air conditioning excellent. Parking good. Free in the sun. We paid for underground secutr parking. Good breakfast buffet."

The breakfast was not bad, but it could use a little more variety. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here."
