"Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. Would stay again for sure. "

"This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back."

"Such a serene and bright dwelling only steps from the beach. My husband who is handicapped, enjoyed this stay as well, especially outside under the gazebo since he cannot get down to the beach. We brought portable grab bars for the toilet, and he had his own walker on wheels. The place was so well Equipped with everything we needed except our own clothing and food. "Glenn was very hospitable and had excellent communication skills. The two bedroom bungalow was perfect for my wife and I. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was clean, colorful, and felt like home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again. "
