- Single family home with in-ground pool, 3 cozy bedrooms w/2 BR's , hall bath w/soaking tub. Large open kitchen with views of the pool. French doors from master to pool. All kitchen essentials are available for your stay, W & D. Close to restaurants and shopping. 1 mile from I-95, and hr. from Orlando Airport, 15 min. from Melbourne Airport. 20 mins to the beach, just over an hour to theme parks. 3 miles to FIT! Blink security camera now installed at front door.

This home is smoke free! Pets and children with approval from owner first. Blink outdoor security system for your safety and security.
Guest access
Guest have access to entire house with some garage space. Garage space is available for guest items such as bikes, coolers, luggage, etc. Otherwise, the garage is used for storage of owner belongings.
