Unwind on the spacious deck with a BBQ grill and cozy seating, or relax inside with a coffee from the coffee bar and large screen TV. With great WiFi and proximity to parks like Turkey Creek wildlife hiking trails and attractions like Brevard Zoo, you'll feel right at home.

Lovely home 20 minutes to Melbourne beach, 3br 2bath king bed, deck, EV charger
- 3 bedroom lovely completly renovated home with yard and large deck with BBQ grill and comfortable seating. New appliances, a dishwasher, comfortable beds w/cotton sheets. coffee Bar, large screen TV & TV in bedroom. Close to many parks, boat ramps tennis, pickleball and attractions including Turkey Creek wildlife hiking trails, Andretti Thrill Park, Castaway Point Park, Brevard Zoo, and McKee Botanical, 20 minute drive to beautiful beaches. an hour away to Disney theme parks, 10 minutes to planet fitness, walmart, restaurants and I95.
The quiet neighborhood is on the south west side of Palm Bay. spectrum wifi and a short drive award winning restaurants as well as I95 highway to Miami or north to Melbourne and Coco Beach. also close highway 192 west to Disney, Orlando, Tampa.
The entire house is all yours to enjoy. There is a lockbox on the front porch for entry.
Other things to note:
one mile away there is a shooting range and on rare occasion you can hear it from the outside porch. but not in the house.
