Pet Policy
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
• A 200 dollar pet fee applies
• Pets must be crated if left unattended
• No pets allowed on furniture or beds
• All pet waste must be picked up. A 50 dollar fee applies if found in yard
• No cats allowed
• Unauthorized animals result in additional fees

Pool Heat
Pool heating is available with prior approval and an additional 200 dollar fee.
Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours before check in.

Rental Agreement Information (Florida)
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Rules:
No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
Smoking indoors is prohibited (500 dollar remediation fee applies).

Additional fees may include:
50 to 200 dollars for early arrival or late departure (based on hours)

Located inside the gated Ocean Hammock community. Use the main gate on Hammock Dunes Parkway. After check in instructions are provided, follow signs to Cinnamon Beach Way. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available in the private driveway. The nearest airports are Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, and Orlando.
