This was our second stay at this property and, again, it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, great location that is close to I-95, beaches, shopping. Kim is an excellent host, also. She is always responsive and goes out of her way to make sure you really feel at home. I highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you needed. The furniture was comfortable and great for relaxing.It was a quick ride to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. There is also a charcoal grill outside if you want to stay home and barbecue. We would definitely stay here again

House was super clean, well stocked with everything you need, and in a great quiet neighborhood. Location is close to beaches, stores, restaurants...everything is close. Host Kim was superb in communicating with us, and answering any questions and addressing our needs. Nice sized fenced yard for the dogs too..they enjoyed their stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house - perfect for two to six people, especially if traveling with kids/dogs. The house is clean and well-furnished, with a generous, fenced-in back yard. The communication and check-in process is seamless and the host is extremely responsive if you've questions. Highly recommend.

The home was in a great occasion and a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard and tile floors were perfect for our three dogs. There was a bike path less than a mile away. It was extra clean and the neighborhood was very safe.

We enjoyed the large bedrooms, including roomy beds, and the fenced in back yard. It was fun to explore the upscale subdivision. There were several impressive amenities, such as a large washer and dryer, a pool table in the clean two-car garage, and many fun toys for children.

Our visit here was great! The home was clean and had ample space for us. The back yard is a great size! Kim was great at communicating and was there for us in a bind when we locked ourselves out (and didn’t realize until after 11pm after our daughter’s wedding). Thank you so much!

First of all, Kim was excellent with communication and meeting our needs! Property was as advertised! Property worked well as a home base for all the places we wanted to visit. Everything was great!! Kim ,the host was always great with communication from the start with our reservation and with questions we had throughout our stay. Great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful , but conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and beach. Two King size beds, comfy living furniture. Equipped kitchen . Fenced in back yard for our dogs.We will look at this location for future bookings😊

Booking and access to house was really easy. Place was very clean. Good neighborhood. Quick drive to many places. • mattresses need upgrading •yard was not mowed: not ideal yard for medium-sized to small dogs if not mowed. •previous guests did not pick up dog poop •master bedroom door would not stay shut •watching tv was not ideal. Nothing but internet streaming

Went for Biketoberfest. Place was perfect 15 minute's from Destination Daytona, 30 minutes from Main Street in Daytona Beach. Right next to interstate 95. Nice quite neighborhood. House is nice size nothing to fancy but everything you need and price is incredible. Nice fenced in back yard for pets and garage access is included. Property manger is great to work with. Has calf king bed which is really nice

Kim, was wonderful , she was helpful with providing all the information we needed for our stay. The house was very clean. The yard was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the tall pines that framed the neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be maybe a little more kitchen utensils. Kim also provided all the basic paper goods. We really enjoyed the rental and we would rent this property again.
