Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The email we received AFTER we paid was requesting licenses for all drivers which ended up being a hassle. The email said they provided sheets and said for us to bring blankets so we all packed blankets ON VACATION that we ended up not needing. Upon arrival we ended up killing a total of THREE ROACHES. Not palmetto bugs, German roaches. They came and brought roach traps and we didn’t see any more but that was disgusting. They required us to send photos of the roaches which I only got one. Ultimately I would not use them again.
Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2026
