Our house is located on one of Florida's most unique beaches. You'll feel like you've arrived in Hawaii when you step onto our property. This beach is very quiet with beautiful rocks and tidal pools to explore. We love sitting on the rocks in morning watching the dolphins play in the surf with our coffee or in the evening as we enjoy a glass of wine! The kids and adults will love exploring the rocks for all kinds of treasures of shells, small fish, crustations and sea turtles.
Dancin' Dolphin is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family or friends. This is the home you'll want to select for your family vacation. Our upgraded ocean front luxury home offers everything you will require for a perfect vacay. We are a completely beachfront property with an extremely large balcony that provides amazing ocean views and seating for the entire family.
We allow up to 12 guest (including children). However, if you are bringing a large group please check the sleeping arrangement carefully to confirm that our home will be adequate for you. Two of four bedrooms offer king-sized beds, one has a queen and one has twin beds. We also have 2 twin foldaway beds and sleeping on two sofas. All the beds have new memory-foam mattresses and the highest quality linens. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV with Roku access.
Our large, fully stocked kitchen has been upgraded with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The full-size refrigerator/freezer should easily hold a family's groceries for the week. We do have a grocery store less than 4 miles from our home.
Our home also features a super capacity front load washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
We have a great selection of books, toys, puzzles and board games for all ages. We provide beach toys, beach towels, umbrellas and an assortment of chairs for the beach.
Nearby there is an abundance of state parks for boating, kayaking, biking or hiking. The area hosts great boutique shopping adventures or there is a large outlet mall just north of us in historic St. Augustine. Daytona is only a 20 minute drive south and is quickly became one of the areas top shopping and dining locations.
We are centrally located in the state giving guests easy access to most of Florida's famous attractions. There is something here for everyone!

Palm Coast Getaway

My family has stayed at this awesome home twice. It has a great location with private beach access, is super clean, spacious, and the host, Heidi, is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will likely book this rental again in the near future.

Spectacular home & close to everything

We loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, the beach was great and we were only a short drive from everything. The owner awesome and had everything we’d need for an enjoyable stay. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Thanksgiving family trip

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Clean, super friendly owner, great location, plenty of room, and one of the most well-appointed rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It had every thing you’d need for a vacation and then some! We even had all the kitchen supplies needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner! The only thing we struggled with was logging in to streaming services but perhaps that was user error. 😂 Will definitely keep it in mind for a return trip!

Beautiful, unique Florida oceanfront

This was our third stay at this property! The views are amazing! You won't see a gorgeous, rocky beachfront like this anywhere else in Florida. The beds and linens are top notch and very comfortable! The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented. We will definitely return again.

Private Beach

Great property, perfect for mid-large size families! Very clean and owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. Amazing to have a private beach as a backyard. We only saw two other people on it, in the distance, our entire stay!

Beautiful beach stay!

We had 9 adults and 2 children under two. It is a clean, very well equipped home on the beach. The rocks on the beach are unique and a great place for photos. The beds were very comfortable. We used the bikes to go down the road for coffee and breakfast. They have equipped the house for anything you can think of-books, toys, dishes for all age groups, kids pools, chairs and included the toiletries -such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and etc. thank you Heidi for a great family vacation celebrating my 60th Birthday.

Beautiful beachside spring break!

Beautiful home, well-kept. Beautiful property with rocks all along beach property. We easily drove a mile down the beach for a morning to skim board and play in the ocean. We would love to come back!

Gorgeous Beach Getaway

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. It sits right on the ocean...private walkway to the beach. Great place to relax. FYI...rock formations on the beach are gorgeous, but make accessing the water difficult. Very relaxing and beautiful spot on the ocean.

Gorgeous location on a unique, beautiful, coquina rock-lined Florida beach.

Perfect beach location for a relaxing family/friends get away. I have lived in Florida my whole life, but I had never seen a beach lined with such beautiful coquina rock formations...gorgeous. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Peaceful and idyllic

A beautiful house with an amazing view. A short stroll down a private walkway to an isolated beach. If you want to get far away from the madding crowd this is the place! Sunrise spectacular!

Perfect Beach House

Loved the layout of the house and how organized everything was. Things were labeled to make tidying up easier. Ms. Heidi was prompt with responses. Theirs a Publix right down the road which made it easy to stock the house with food. Great house for a family vacation.
