Picture Perfect

This home is decorated so well it could be featured in a magazine yet it is still quite comfortable for a family traveling with grandparents. Beautiful views, super clean and very responsive owners. Would definitely stay there again.

Palm Coast Getaway

My family has stayed at this awesome home twice. It has a great location with private beach access, is super clean, spacious, and the host, Heidi, is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will likely book this rental again in the near future.

Thanksgiving family trip

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Clean, super friendly owner, great location, plenty of room, and one of the most well-appointed rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It had every thing you’d need for a vacation and then some! We even had all the kitchen supplies needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner! The only thing we struggled with was logging in to streaming services but perhaps that was user error. 😂 Will definitely keep it in mind for a return trip!

Beautiful, unique Florida oceanfront

This was our third stay at this property! The views are amazing! You won't see a gorgeous, rocky beachfront like this anywhere else in Florida. The beds and linens are top notch and very comfortable! The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented. We will definitely return again.

My family loved our time at the beach house. Everything was clean and well prepared, amenities in the kitchen were perfect, weather was fantastic, deck and boardwalk are incredibly welcoming, and our time there was wonderful.

Great property, perfect for mid-large size families! Very clean and owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. Amazing to have a private beach as a backyard. We only saw two other people on it, in the distance, our entire stay!

Beautiful beachside spring break!

Beautiful home, well-kept. Beautiful property with rocks all along beach property. We easily drove a mile down the beach for a morning to skim board and play in the ocean. We would love to come back!

Gorgeous Beach Getaway

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. It sits right on the ocean...private walkway to the beach. Great place to relax. FYI...rock formations on the beach are gorgeous, but make accessing the water difficult. Very relaxing and beautiful spot on the ocean.

Gorgeous location on a unique, beautiful, coquina rock-lined Florida beach.

Perfect beach location for a relaxing family/friends get away. I have lived in Florida my whole life, but I had never seen a beach lined with such beautiful coquina rock formations...gorgeous. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Beautiful beach stay!

We had 9 adults and 2 children under two. It is a clean, very well equipped home on the beach. The rocks on the beach are unique and a great place for photos. The beds were very comfortable. We used the bikes to go down the road for coffee and breakfast. They have equipped the house for anything you can think of-books, toys, dishes for all age groups, kids pools, chairs and included the toiletries -such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and etc. thank you Heidi for a great family vacation celebrating my 60th Birthday.

Perfect Beach House

Loved the layout of the house and how organized everything was. Things were labeled to make tidying up easier. Ms. Heidi was prompt with responses. Theirs a Publix right down the road which made it easy to stock the house with food. Great house for a family vacation.

Perfect for our family!

We loved this property for our family of 9. It had plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. Everything was so well thought out, organized perfectly, and we had everything we needed and more. The kids loved looking for shells, climbing on the rocks and playing in the water. We all loved sitting at the end of the walkway listening to the waves crash and talking as the sun went down. We have never been to the East coast and we all agreed we definitely want to come back.

Home away from home

The Dancing Dolphin was the perfect place for our family. We had enough space to spread out and enjoy just being together. They have anything that you could need from beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys to so much more. We absolutely loved the privacy of the beach and exploring the rocks. Every morning we’d watch the sunrise and dolphins from the deck. Heidi was so great to work with, she answered many questions and even called me to discuss any issues since we were staying right as they reopened beaches. My family has found their annual vacation spot, we will definitely be back.

Excellent in every way

Such a great experience. House is clean, lovely and more than adequate in every way. You can’t beat the location for a beach house. Absolutely beautiful coquina rock not found anywhere else in FL. I grew up in FL and have been to beaches up and down both coasts and I’ve never seen a stretch of beach like this, weather was fantastic for walks on the beach and enjoying the porch and boardwalk seating. Saw pelicans, hawks, and dolphin. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is so close- don’t miss a stroll there. A perfect Thanksgiving gathering place for our family. Thank you!

Private Paradise

The home is beautiful and clean. The location is quite and private. There wasn’t too many other people walking across the back of the property which made it very private to enjoy with the family. It was a more rocky part of the beach, which personally I think kept most out of the area. Even with the rocks and structure, we enjoyed it very much. You can walk a bit north or south to a public beach with less rocks or drive nearby to other public beaches. Not having the sandy beach behind the house was not a negative for us. The view and privacy made the experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
