OCEAN/GOLF COURSE VIEWS- 400 BLDG-3 MINUTES AND EASY ACCESS TO BEACH

Decorated in modern decor very comfortable furniture and beds, clean with upgrades galore. Luxury at the beach.

This is a perfect condo for your long or short beach get away, a family vacation destination or a relaxing work environment for you to enjoy. We have internet service specifically for our unit with a strong WIFI signal and the complex has a modern business center located at the lakeside pool.

We are located in Cinnamon Beach at Hammock Dunes, a gated community. The condo is in the 400 building, less than a 3-minute walk to the observation deck and the beach. Easy access to the beach.

Enjoy playing golf at several nearby public golf courses.

Cinnamon Beach is in Palm Coast Florida, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine, 25 minutes to Daytona Beach, the speedway and outlet malls. A short drive to Flagler Beach, about 90 minutes to Orlando's many attractions, and a short drive to Marineland and Kennedy Space Center.

Our condo has an elevator to the second floor where our flat is located. Unit 323 has an in-unit full size washer and dryer.

323 is fully furnished with many upgrades and extras. The master suite features a newly renovated master bathroom. The master bath features a large shower with a built-in bench, new soaker tub and new toilet as well as new countertop and decor. The 2nd bathroom a large shower with a new toilet countertop and decor. The spacious newly remodeled kitchen has marble counter tops, new appliances, modern design, fully furnished and well equipped with many extras.

Enjoy coffee/tea made from the Keurig on the quiet expansive balcony overlooking a private golf course and views of the ocean.

Unit 323 is set up to sleep 6 with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom.

The unit has 4 flat screen TVs, a 55 inch in the master bedroom as well as in the living room and both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 43 inch TVs.

Cinnamon Beach amenities include a heated zero entry family pool that overlooks the lake and a children's water pool and splash pad. A second adult pool that overlooks the beach. Pool areas have hot tubs. The resort has a billiard room, game room, business center, fitness center and a cafe.

A visit to St. Augustine will be a highlight with the oldest city's attractions and excellent restaurants. There are many good restaurants near the condo as well as a grocery store and fresh seafood market.

Bring your beach equipment. We furnish beach/pool towels.

Coastal Cabana, a luxury beach supply rental company is available to offer a variety of Beach Rental Packages to Cinnamon Beach guest.

The condo was very well decorated and updated. A great view of the course at Hammock beach and the ocean. Very clean and easy to get to. Misty was great and easy to work with, she even dropped off fresh ,clean beach towels. Would definitely stay again.

The 5 of us spent the week at this phenomenal property. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and really enjoyed all the amenities at the property, from the beach ( just footsteps away) to the pools located within walking distance. The property manager was amazing and responded within minutes for anything we needed. Highly recommend stay at this property.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation at Sylvia's and Misty's condo on Cinnamon Beach. Beauterful place with everything you need for your vacation stay. Condo is convinietly located and we had access to stores, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Condo was clean and everything, linen, towels were provided. We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you!

Wonderful Holiday Week

What a nice holiday treat! This property was exactly as pictured/described, and the Cinnamon Beach location and amenities were perfect for our family. The owner was extremely responsive as well. (The only downside was the cold weather, but we made the best of that, too!) Will definitely plan to come back!

Awesome condo!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Everything is top of the line from the living room furniture to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. I was even inspired by the painting in the master bedroom I came home to find one like it. Lol The pools were very clean and the food at the Ocean Grill was delicious! Highly recommend and will plan to visit here again. Misty thank you for opening up this place for others to enjoy!

My wife and I were impressed with this property more than any properties that we have visited thus far. The condo was immaculate and wasn't lacking anything; very spacious, decorative and place of elegance. We were able to enjoy the beach view from the condo. We enjoyed the daily trail walks. Shopping and eateries very convenient withing a few miles. Easy access to private beach was a big plus. The entire experience was breathtaking, we found ourselves envisioning owning such a property.

Amazing Stay!!

Great location to beach, restaurants, and grocery stores! Place was clean and very spacious. Easy trip to Saint Augustine for a day trip only 40 minutes up the road. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and how they recommend this place. Only complaint I would have is that I wish I could have stayed another week.

We call it paradise!!

Palm Coast is a perfect vacation spot and Cinnamon Beach condo made our vacation special. Misty was wonderful to deal with - very available and responsive The condo had many lovely upgrades - would stay there again.
