The Space:
This stunning three-story oceanfront home features breathtaking views and balconies for all to enjoy. The living room offers panoramic ocean views perfect for spotting dolphins and migrating Right Whales. Ideal for larger families, it provides multiple gathering spaces inside and out. A beach walkover leads to the private coquina-sand beach, a favorite sea turtle nesting spot. Enjoy fishing, surfing, beach walks, and nighttime ghost crab hunting with flashlights for unforgettable memories. PELICAN BEACH! This fabulous oceanfront house offers three floors of direct oceanfront living, with exquisite sea views and plenty of balconies for the whole family to enjoy.

The abundance of windows in the living area provides ocean views for watching dolphins jumping into the crashing surf or migrating Right Whales at the season's end. The first-floor suite is on its own, with a mini kitchen, king-sized bed, and bathroom. There is also a family room with a Smart TV, bedroom 2 with one twin (double bunker), and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor features the central kitchen, main living room/dining room combo (seats 10+), Primary king suite with separate bathroom, and laundry room. Entrance to the spacious and enlarged outside dock with a beautiful wrap-around deck with ocean views is from the kitchen. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also located there, with a jack-and-jill bathroom. Guest bedroom 4 has a queen bed; guest bedroom 5 has a king-size bed. Both have private balconies. Guest bedroom 6 is a loft located upstairs on the third floor with a queen bed size.

Welcome to 62 Ocean Street, Palm Coast, FL 32137, Life's a Beach!
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.
Trash days are Monday & Thursday.
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
Check-out time by 10:00 am.
Before departing, Please do the following:
- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.
Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
