  • Dock your boat in the backyard or enjoy sitting on the canal having coffee in the morning! Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We are an 8 minute boat ride to the IC waterway by boat. Daytona 20 mi. S. & St Augustine 15 mi. N. w/ a beautiful drive along the A1A. Salt Canal Waterfront property, near beautiful pet friendly beaches, shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, Daytona Beach, Orlando, and St. Augustine. Try the water sports, boating, kayaking, canoes, surfing, & fishing. Deep sea fishing charters are available out of both the St. Augustine & Port Orange Marinas.
